Sourced from Revee Estate vineyard, about 2 kms from Tumbarumba. The high altitude (680m) and cool-climate helps produce whites with fruit flavour and acid balance.
Made in a Bordeaux-style, the Sauvignon Blanc is matured on lees in French oak for at least 12 months (although it was matured for 14 months this vintage) and has structure, mouthfeel and complexity. There is a great acid length and balance and tropical fruit flavours.
