Sourced from Revee Estate vineyard, about 2 kms from Tumbarumba. The high altitude (680m) and cool-climate helps produce whites with fruit flavour and acid balance.
The 2014 Chardonnay is a well-balanced wine with melons and flesh fruit combining with 30% malolactic fermentation to create an amazing aroma of honey and natural yoghurt. Matured for 20 months in two-year old oak, there are layers of texture in the wine and the natural Tumbarumba acids keep the palate long and fresh.
