Sourced from “Winbirra”, the Retief family’s bio-dynamic vineyard just outside of Wagga Wagga in the Gundagai wine region of NSW. Planted in 1997 and certified bio-dynamic in 2003, the vineyard produces well balanced wines year in year out.

As always, this is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon which gives the wine its amazing mouthfeel, texture and structure. It is not a light style at all- there is a good acid presence and light tannins, almost like a summer red. The wine has a bright mid-palate with a long, fresh finish.
