On Monday we held an A.Retief new vintage release in the winery for journalists and sommeliers with a sneak peak of Aaron Teece’s menu for Sunday.
It’s pretty special! Each dish is massively thought out to really bring each wine’s characteristics to the front and centre. This is a real food and wine matching experience.

If you’re planning a visit to the winery and Precinct 75 this week, it’s worth mentioning that Thursday is late-night shopping there this week which means Design Twins, Water Tiger, Society Inc, Up-cycle Studio and many more are all open until 7pm and a food truck is on stand-by!!
