A record breaking day for Urban Winery Sydney ???⁣

The first of its kind, we hosted a 60+ person team building blending class for Macquarie Government! ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
Separated into groups, each table came together to create their own red wine blend. Then as directed by Alex, each group professionally (all but blindly…!) scored all 10 blends, without knowing who created the blend, or if they were judging their own blend! ⁣⁣⁣

The best blend with the highest points ultimately won the competition, although everyone was a winner on the day, taking home their own A.Retief bottle of wine!⁣⁣ ?✨✨⁣
