Our June Chef x Winemaker Long Lunch!
In June, Alex collaborated with celebrity chef Sian Redgrave and together hosted our CHEF X WINEMAKER Winter Solstice Long Lunch.
Sticking to Alex philosophy ‘Always try something different and as local as possible’, Alex & Sian created a truely delicious 4-course menu complimented by 7x A.Retief wines.
Upon arrival our guests were guided through the art of the wine making process and finished with an incredible four-course meal prepared by Sian. Below is a snapshot of the successful event, captured by the talented Salva Photography.
