The Joy of Wine event is back for the 13th consecutive year on Saturday 16 November in Surry Hills!
Established in 2007, the Young Gun of Wine has become the most exciting wine trophy in Australia. Searching for and celebrating young wine labels and winemakers on the rise, 2019 is the thirteenth year of the showcase and events.
The Joy of Wine event is the place to spot the best new talent and trends in wine: what these people are making today, everyone will be drinking tomorrow.
Presented by Young Gun of Wine, the event will feature A.Retief wines and 60+ wines from 30+ Australian winemakers across the three venues, over one afternoon.
From emerging talent and labels contending for the next Young Gun of Wine Awards to some of the best wines from our blind tastings and editorials for younggunofwine.com, the event will feature winemakers and other pros slinging wines. Sip and spit, or slurp and swallow, whatever takes your fancy. Talk your way through it, or keep your lips sealed. It’s your choice.
