Sian Redgrave Releases CHEF X WINEMAKER Winter Solstice Menu
Sian Redgrave, cook, food stylist and winner of The Great Australian Bake Off is set to host the Winter Solstice Long Lunch on Sunday 23 June along side head winemaker Alex Retief. “The winter solstice is a historical time of feasting and honouring food from the earth” said Sian. Sian has now released the menu where each course is complimented with a comprehensive tasting of the A.Retief wine label.
Our A.Retief wines are all made on-site using grapes from three contract vineyards in southern New South Wales in Young, Wagga and Tumbarumba. Similarly, Sian’s menu focuses on a range of local, seasonal produce where she can showcase some of her favourite food and share some truly delicious dishes such as Pasta e Fagioli, an Italian dish with deep tradition. “I think it’s crucial for people to come together as a community, connect with one another and find joy in food, wine, music and culture”.
