Our October Chef X Winemaker Long Lunch!

Thank you to everyone who came to our October Chef x Winemaker Long Lunch! AND a big thank you to Jose for preparing a delicious four-course feed taking inspiration for the wine making process and his homeland of Portugal.

We started with NSW cheese & charcuterie platters followed by an entree of runner bean fritters, pasteis de bacahlau, pork and beef croquette and sardine on toast.⁣⁣ The main included mirrol creek lamb, peas with sobrassada and cured egg yolk, mixed leaf and herb and roasted new potatoes with garlic and parsley⁣ and we finished with sweet belem portuguese tart.⁣⁣
